TRACe:HRES {0|1}

This command enables or disables high resolution trace. It is to be enabled when
increased resolution is needed before sending the TRACe:DATA?
{CHAN1|CHAN4},HRES command.

TRAC:HRES 1
Remarks
This command blanks out the display. To enable the display during high resolution
trace, use the following command — TRACe:HRES:DISP 1
