This command sets the trigger holdoff value.

Remark
If you set a trigger holdoff value which exceeds its minimum or maximum limit, the
value will be clipped to its minimum or maximum value respectively. Error
–222,"Data out of range;Value clipped to minimum (#)" or –222,"Data out of
range;Value clipped to maximum (#)" will occur.
