The *IDN? query reads the 8990B identification string and returns the string in the
following format:
Keysight Technologies,8990B,<serial number>,<firmware version>
where,
– <serial number> uniquely identifies each 8990B, and
– <firmware version> represents the current firmware revision of the 8990B.
