:PTRansition <NRf>|<non-decimal numeric>
This command is used to set the Positive Transition register of the SCPI register
set you require to control. The first 15 bits of the input parameter are written into
the Positive Transition register of the specific SCPI register set. The last bit (bit 15)
is always set to 0.
