This command sets the RF input path loss on each RFCH,
<real 1> BAND0:CELUS, <real 2> BAND3:CELJP, <real
3> BAND1:PCSUS, <real 4> BAND4:PCSKR and <real 5>
BAND6:IMT-2K respectively. The allowable range is from -9.9
to +9.9 in 0.1 steps. At preset, this is set to 0.0.
This query command returns the setting of the RF input path
loss on each channel with real. The range of the values is same
as that of the command parameter.
