Network ID
TESTs:MANual:NID <int>
TESTs:MANual:NID?
This command is vaild when CDMA mode is set to MC1X. This
sets the Network ID of the Base Station Parameters in each
band set by the Band

This query command returns the setting of the Network ID with
integer. The allowable range of the return value is same as that
of the command parameter.
System ID
