bit 1 (2) :Session Opened
bit 2 (4) :BS Call
bit 3 (8) :RF Test

Each bit is set to 0 if the test is passed or skipped, or each bit is
set to 1 if the test is fail. If there are no test results, all bits are
set to 1, and the value 255 is returned.
• <int 2> contains test contents currently being executed by
sum of the value of 12 bits as follows:
bit 0 (1) :Access Probe Power
bit 1 (2) :ILP (Down)
bit 2 (4) :ILP (Up)
bit 3 (8) :Max TX Power
bit 4 (16) :Min TX Power
bit 5 (32) :Frequency Error
bit 6 (64) :Multi-code Rho
bit 7 (128) :Time Offset
bit 8 (256) :Sensitivity/PER1
bit 9 (512) :Sensitivity/PER2
bit 10 (1024) :Sensitivity/PER3
bit 11 (2048) :Abort
Each bit is set to 0 if the test is passed or skipped, or each bit is
set to 1 if the test is fail. If there are no test results, all bits are
set to 1, and the value 4095 is returned.
