Time
CONFigure:TIME <int HH>,<int MM>
CONFigure:TIME?
This command sets the time of the clock in the Tester. <int
HH> is hour within the range from 0 to 23 and <int MM> is
minutes within the range from 0 to 59.
This query command returns the time of the clock in the Tester
by <int HH> and <int MM>. The range of these values is same
as that of the command parameter.
System Date
CONFigure:SYSDATE <int YYYY>,<int MM>,<int DD>
CONFigure:SYSDATE?
This command sets the default of the system calendar in the
Tester. <int YYYY> is year within the range from 1980 to
2030 (dates between 1980/1/1 and 1980/1/5 cannot be set),
<int MM> is month within the range from 1 to 12, and <int
DD> is day within the range from 1 to 31. The date of the system
calendar is not initialized when PRESET is activated in Starting
Condition.
This query command returns the date of the system calendar in
the Tester by <int YYYY>, <int MM> and <int DD>. The
range of these values is same as that of the command
parameter.
System Time
CONFigure:SYSTIME <int HH>,<int MM>
CONFigure:SYSTIME?
This command sets the time of the system clock in the Tester.
<int HH> is hour within the range from 0 to 23 and <int MM>
is minutes within the range from 0 to 59. The time of the system
clock is not initialized when PRESET is activated in Starting
Condition.
This query command returns the system time of the clock in the
Tester by <int HH> and <int MM>. The range of these values is
same as that of the command parameter.
