This command is valid when CDMA mode is set to MC1X. This

When CDMA mode is set to MC1X, The allowable range is from 0
to 7 in 1 steps. At preset, this is set to 0. When CDMA mode is
set to EVDO, the allowable range is from 0 to 15 in 1 steps. At
preset, this is set to 0.
This query command returns the set Power Step with integer.
The range of the value is same as that of the command
parameter.
Num Step
