It is important to control defaults in BGP, because a BGP neighbor, in an attempt to
advertise a default route to a specific peer, may send the default to all of its neighbors.

A.B.C.D is the IP address of the neighbor.
WORD is the name of the BGP peer group.
WORD is name of the route map. The route map allows route 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 to be
injected conditionally.
