Positioning Control Monitor Function

Scroll monitor

The scroll monitor is a function used to monitor up to 256 items of positioning start history such as servo programs, JOG start,
and Motion dedicated PLC instructions. This function applies to controls for which the start accept flag turns ON. (G-code
control is not recorded in the history.)
Scroll monitor information is retained even when the Multiple CPU system power supply is turned OFF, or when reset. The
scroll monitor is cleared by executing the scroll monitor [History clear] or "Motion CPU memory clear" from MT Developer2.
The following items are displayed on the scroll monitor.

Displays the date and time at which control was started.
Displays the control that

Displays the axis No. or machine No. to be started.
Displays the started servo program command.
Remarks
Year/month/day hour:minute:second. 1/1000 second
yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ssss (1ms units)
Starts the servo program (K).
Starts JOG operation.
Starts the current value change or home position return in test mode.
Starts M(P).CHGA, D(P).CHGA, M(P).CHGAS, D(P).CHGAS,
M(P).SVSTD, and D(P).SVSTD instructions from the PLC.
Starts advanced synchronous control.
Control mode switching
Starts pressure control.
Starts MCNST instruction.
Starts M(P).MCNST and D(P).MCNST instructions from the PLC.
Starts machine JOG operation.
• In the case of simultaneous start commands, the number of the
servo program to be started is displayed. (Individual servo programs
to be started are not registered in the scroll monitor.)
• Remains blank for JOG start, machine JOG operation start,
synchronous control start, and control mode switching.
