Error details and cause
• Automatic start cannot be executed.
• Stopped in "Feed hold" status during automatic
operating.
• Stopped in "Single block" status during automatic
operating.
The program does not match the specification or it is
faulty.
The setting data is outside the range during machine
control.
Error occurred in machine library during machine control.
• Machine control was requested for the machine which
was not configured. (Detail code: H0001)
• "[Rq.1120] PLC ready flag" is OFF when at start and
during control. (Detail code: H0002)
• "[St.2127] Machine start acceptance flag" is ON at start.
(Detail code: H0003)
• Machine control was executed in the status which
"[St.1069] Home position return request" of machine
configuration axis is ON. (Detail code: H0004)
• "[St.1068] Servo error detection" of machine
configuration axis is ON when at start and during
control. (Detail code: H0005)
• "[St.2128] Machine servo ready" is OFF when at start
and during control. (Detail code: H0006)
• Servo motor maximum speed over occurred in machine
configuration axis during control. (Detail code: H0007)

after disposing the stop cause.
• Confirm the detail code and correct the program. (For

• Check the specification.
Confirm the detail code and set the adequate value of

• Execute the positioning in the XYZ stroke limit range.
• Turn ON "[Rq.2143] Machine XYZ stroke limit invalid
command", and set within the XYZ stroke range by the
machine JOG operation.
• Set within the XYZ stroke range by the JOG operation.
• Execute the positioning in the stroke limit range.
• Set within the XYZ stroke range by the JOG operation.
