• Create a "instnew" folder in the root of the SD memory card and store the license key file in that folder to
execute installation.
• When installing from the "inst" folder in the SD memory card, the files from the SD memory card overwrite
the files in the built-in memory without deleting existing files in the built-in memory. When there are multiple
license keys written to the existing license key file, be sure to write all the required license keys to the new
license key file to be written from the SD memory card.
• When installing from the "instnew" folder in the SD memory card, existing files in the built-in memory are
deleted before the files in the SD memory card are written. Therefore, when the operating system and add-
on library files do not exist in the SD memory card, the operating system and add-on library will be deleted
from the Motion CPU.
• When an error is detected after starting installation and installation is not completed correctly, "ER0 (SD
memory card access error)", "ER1 (install file error)", "ER2 (built-in ROM access error)", or "ER3 (license
key file error)" are displayed on the dot matrix LED. Install the files again after handling the error.
