Appendix 1 Error Codes
Error details and cause
• The connection number in 1 block differs from the
system setting.
• The number of servo amplifier or module connected
between Motion CPU and sensing module is over the
specified number.
Boot log file cannot be created.
Failed to copy to SD memory card of boot log file.
The setting data is outside the range during machine
control.
Axis which is valid at speed control 10  multiplier setting
for degree axis exists in machine configuration axis.
Warning has been occurred in add-on function.
Warning occurred in add-on license check.
Corrective action
• Check the connection status of the sensing module.
• Review the connection configuration of the sensing
module.
Delete unnecessary file in standard ROM. (Confirm the
free space.)
Delete unnecessary file in SD memory card. (Confirm the
free space.)
Confirm the detail code and set the adequate value of
parameter within the range. (For the detail code, refer to
MELSEC iQ-R Motion Controller Programming
Manual (Machine Control).)
Set invalid for speed control 10  multiplier setting for
degree axis of machine configuration axis.
Check the detail information and refer to instruction
manual of add-on library that supported file name.
