Detected event Description
Divided message • All the data could not be received
reception timeout error within the period specified by the
response monitoring timer value.
• Data as long as the data length
could not be received.
• The remaining part of the
message divided at the TCP/IP
level could not be received within
the period specified by the
response monitoring timer value.
IP composition timeout An IP composition timeout error
error occurred (the remaining part of the
divided data could not be received to
cause the time-out).
TCP-specified port A port number being used for
number error opened connection was set (for
TCP/IP).
UDP-specified port A port number being used for
number error opened connection was set (for
UDP/IP).
Over Heat Warning The temperature of Motion CPU
module became abnormal status.
