5 Select Configure HBA and Boot Parameters in Emulex Adapter

Enter.
6 Restore the settings of failed mezzanine card.

7 Press Esc one time in Configure HBA Parameters window to return to

(1). Select Topology Selection by using ↓ and ↑ keys, and then
press Enter.
(2). Select the setting of failed mezzanine card, Auto Loop First -
default, Auto Point to Point First, FC-AL, or Fabric Point to
Point by using ↓ and ↑ keys, and then press Enter.
Perform as same step as the (1) and (2) above for the other items
