peer description

Syntax
peer peer-address description text
undo peer peer-address description

Parameter
peer-address: Address of MSDP peer.
text: Descriptive text, being case sensitive. The maximum length is 80 characters.
Description
Use the peer description command to configure descriptive text to MSDP peer.
Use the undo peer description command to remove the descriptive text
configured.
By default, an MSDP peer has no descriptive text.
Administrator can conveniently differentiate MSDP peers by configuring
descriptive text.
Related command: display msdp peer-status.
Example
# Add descriptive text CstmrA to router 125.10.7.6 to specify that the router is
Client A.
