Cause
Remedy
1. Resend the document at a lower resolution.
2. Erase unnecessary documents and documents with errors to make more
memory available.
3. If this problem occurs frequently, contact your local authorized Canon dealer.
Enter the correct Department ID or password using 0 - 9 (numeric keys) on the
control panel, and then try sending again.
Try performing the job again with the new Department ID and password. If you
do not know the password, contact your System Manager.

System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) to 'On'.
