The following are definitions of the fields displayed when listing the state of the MIC board.
Card ID
Card Status
Diagnostic
Link (1-2) Status
Integration Pegs

This command clears the MIC board pegs. The form of the command is:
C INT x 1
where x is the slot number.
The CARD ID states the type of equipped integration card.
There are four possible states for the card:
CARD DOWN
The MIC is down and not responding to the
software.
DOWNLOAD CODE
The VP 300 is downloading to the MIC.
INITIALIZATION
The software setting up MIC operation
parameters.
CARD UP
The MIC is operational.
The MIC firmware reports the diagnostic code to the VP 300 CPU.
If there are no errors, the DIAGNOSTIC = OK.
If an error is found, the DIAGNOSTIC = ERROR DETECTED,
CODE = XX.
If this happens, refer to the Installation and Maintenance manual —
MAINTENANCE, Hardware Errors.
There are six possible states for the digit display set links to the MIC:
IDLE
Link operating properly. No call.
ACTIVE
Link is handling a call or doing message waiting
indication.
MSG WAIT
Link is performing message waiting
notification.
DOWN
Link is connected but is not receiving data from
the PBX.
DEAD
No loop current is detected on the Link. Link is
probably disconnected.
INIT
MIC firmware is performing link initialization.
Only the DEAD state is an error condition. If it is found, check the PBX
and the wiring.
Integration pegs are defined into two types – Link Independent and Link
Dependent. Link Independent can occur on either link, while Link
Dependent occur on the link that is pegged. Integration pegs are listed by
using the L INT command.
