numbers must be programmed as the first characters of a telephone
directory name so that the extension number will always appear in the
Superset 4 display.
Software Level
The COV Voice Mail Port PBX class of service options results in the
H10.9E or later
identification of forwarded calls by extension number only. This
allows all programmed names to be left unchanged in the PBX
configuration.
For multinode SX-2000 installations using MSDN with PBX software levels prior to H10.15,
the COV Voice Mail Port class of service option results in improper operation of CPI
secondary answering for calls from other nodes to local extensions. The COV Voice Mail Port
class of service option should not be used for the VP 300 ports in a multinode SX-2000
installation unless the SX-2000 PBX has software level H10.15 or later.
For multinode SX-2000 installations using MSDN, the PBX does not provide the MIC with
correct call information for calls which forward across MSDN links. Do not reroute or forward
calls to the VP System from other SX-2000 nodes. Configure the VP System to perform
screened transfers for secondary answering of stations on other nodes.
Station Call Forwarding takes precedence over Call Rerouting, so use of Station Call
Forwarding may interfere with proper operation of CPI.
