Remedy
Call Toshiba Technical Support for
remedy.
Ensure that the PBX is properly
connected to the LIC, and check whether
the PBX type provides sufficient loop
current for the test. If the PBX is
properly connected and the PBX
provides sufficient loop current but the
test still fails, replace the LIC. If the PBX
type does not provide sufficient
loop current, to not use TEST Line 4.
