Command
Basic Definition
DSKTST
Tests the drive slot specified, updates the last known status record of the VCU
and displays the status. DSKTST can be run from the hard disk or from the
Release L.X.X.X software diskette.
FLOPPY
Used to back up and restore greetings, names, scripted and sequential messages,
and personal distribution list names. Also used to load system prompts. Refer to
PROCEDURES, Greeting Backup/Restore in this manual.
HELP
Displays the allowable commands for the password level of operation currently
logged in to.
INSTAL
INSTALL
Command to enter the system configuration program, INSTALL. This program
consists of a series of questions that define the VP 300 database. Answers to
questions may be derived from a list, a default value, or created by the installer.
Beginning with Release 7.1, the required INSTALL command must be a
minimum of five letters. After the initial INSTALL program is completed, a
maintenance level password is requested before the INSTALL program begins.
ISTAT [X] [Y]
Gives the current status of an integration unit. X is the slot number. Y is the unit
number.
MOD DISABLE
MODEM DISABLE
Blocks access to the VP 300 via the internal modem. Once the modem is
disabled, if logon is attempted by entering
message "That command is not allowed."
MOD ENABLE
MODEM ENABLE
Restores access to the VP 300 via the internal modem.
MON2
MONITOR TERMINAL #2
Used in conjunction with Centrex SMDI Integration to display incoming call
records over the RS-232C link.
MON2 H
Displays in hexadecimal format call record data as it is sent by the PBX.
MWL RECALC
Used in certain integrations where the PBX lights lamps via a computer, when
the computer has been out of service. Examines each mailbox to determine
whether its message waiting lamp should be turned ON or OFF.
MWOFF X
Turn OFF lamp message waiting. X is the mailbox (number). For All, enter A.
Maximum number of digits is eight.
MWL RELITE
Used in certain integrations when the PBX has been restarted. Turns ON all
message waiting lamps that were ON before the PBX was restarted.
To EXIT the monitor mode, press
MAINTENANCE
