VP 300 Configuration Changes for MWI and CPI
Description
Assign COS Attribute 9 only to mailboxes that will use
MWI to activate message waiting lamps.
Assign COS Attribute 15 only to mailboxes of extensions
that will forward to the VP 300 for call coverage.
For mailboxes assigned COS Attribute 15, set these index
values for mailboxes to be one ring less than the number of
rings for RNA forwarding in the Mitel SX-200 Digital.
Assign INFORMATION Table Index 25 to allow mailbox
holders to quickly change their greetings without first
entering their mailboxes.
Assign COS Attribute 58 to non-integrated ports.
Modify System Parameter 13 as follows:
TRANSFER INITIATE CODE = FE
RECONNECT CODE AFTER NO ANSWER = F
RECONNECT CODE AFTER BUSY = F
RECONNECT CODE AFTER FAST BUSY = F
TRANSFER COMPETE CODE = NONE
Modify System Parameter 16 as follows:
ALT. TRANSFER INITIATE CODE = FE
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER NO ANSWER = F
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER BUSY = F
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER FAST BUSY = F
ALT. TRANSFER COMPETE CODE = NONE
Modify System Parameter 33 to be NONE.
Modify System Parameter 56 to be 0.
Modify System parameter 77 to by YES.
If using COV Voice Mail port MWI, modify System
Parameters 79 and 81 to be 00.
If using sub-attendant MWI, modify System Parameters
79 and 81 to be NONE.
Modify System Paameter 85 to be F.
Modify System Parameter 116 to be YES.
Modify System Parameter 117 to 5.
