I Messaging Statistics
Provides statistics about messages currently stored in each mailbox. Also shows the date data for each
mailbox was last cleared (from a terminal) by using the command CLEAR REPORTS (choosing
option 3 to clear selected or all mailboxes).
I Current Messages
Numbers are given for:
TOTAL
AVGSC
TOTSC
OLDST
I Messages Left After
Total number of messages left after the caller encountered any of these conditions:
BUSY
NO ANSWER
GREETING
OTHER
I Logon
Mailbox was entered by dialing
TOTAL
LAST
Total number of messages currently stored.
Average seconds per message, based on the total seconds and total
number.
Total seconds of current messages stored.
Date of the oldest message stored.
Extension called was busy.
Extension called did not answer.
This includes all forwarded calls. (Release 7.1 or later)
Personal greeting was turned ON and played.
Messages left by: New Message, Quick Message, Forward, Reply,
Return Receipt, Broadcast, Distribution List.
