F. Press the EXIT softkey on the Superset 4. Hang up phone A and phone B.

G. Take phone B off-hook to make it appear busy.
H. Using phone A, call out of the PBX and back in on the test trunk. Does the call
forward to the Superset 4?
NO
Determine the cause and correct the problem before continuing.

Look at the Superset 4 display. The display should contain this information:
CFB: XXX
XXX is the extension of phone B.
NO
Determine the cause and correct the problem before continuing.
J.
Press the display feature button on the Superset 4. The display should now contain:
DISPLAY...
If the display does not contain this information, determine the cause and correct the
problem before continuing.
K. Now press the Superset 4 prime line key. The display should contain this information:
CALLER: TXXX
XXX is the trunk number.
If the display does not contain this information, determine the cause and correct the
problem before continuing.
L. Press the EXIT softkey on the Superset 4. Hang up phone A and phone B.
10. DISPLAY TEST FOR CALLS FORWARDED ON ALWAYS REROUTE
This test verifies that the MIC ports receive the proper display information from the
PBX for calls that always reroute to the VP 300.
Internal Call Forwarded on Always Reroute
A. Access the SX-2000 Call Rerouting Assignment form and assign phone B the Call
Rerouting Always Alternative that reroutes all calls to the first MIC port. Refer to step
3 of the Configuration of Test Extensions at the beginning of this section. Assign this
alternative for whichever mode the PBX is in during this testing (Day, Night 1 or
Night 2).
B. Using phone A, call the extension of phone B. Does the call forward to the Superset 4?
