Note: When working with the Polycom

language selected should match the language
selected for the conference in the Polycom
Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Outlook to
ensure that the Gathering Phase slide displays
correctly.
Indicates the ISDN or PSTN number(s) to call to
connect to the conference.
Note: The numbers entered must be verified as the
actual Access Numbers.

Gathering Phase.
