Dialing Direction Select the dialing direction:

Type The network communication protocol used by the
endpoint to connect to the conference: H.323, SIP or
ISDN/PSTN.
The fields in the dialog box change according to the
selected network type.
IP Address Enter the IP address of the participant's endpoint.

Note: This field is hidden when the ISDN/PSTN
protocol is selected.
Phone Number Enter the phone number of the ISDN/PSTN
(ISDN/PSTN participant.
Only)
Note: This field is only displayed when the ISDN/
PSTN protocol is selected.
Dial-in – The participant dials in to the
conference.
Dial-out – The MCU dials out to the participant.
This field applies to IP participants only.
Dial-out is forced when defining an ISDN/PSTN
participant.
For H.323 participant define either the endpoint
IP address or alias.
For SIP participant define either the endpoint IP
address or the SIP address.
