• removed the control PCP from the PCP assembly
as explained in Removing the telephony or con-
trol PCPs on page 3-11
2. Set the control PCP on an anti-static pad on a flat and
stable surface.
3. Put the PCP assembly in an anti-static bag until you
are ready to re-install the control PCP.
4. Refer to Figure 3-7 and Figure 3-8 for chip locations on
the two types of control boards which are currently in
the field.
Note that the through-hole control PCP has one firm-
ware and one voice chip.
