8. Replace the card reader assembly in the housing and
reattach to the housing with the three screws.
Refer to step 5, if necessary.
9. Replace the rain shield if there is one:
a) Position the card reader rain shield around the
back end of the card reader.
b) There is a shelf formed by the extension of the top
half of the rain shield.
— Fit this shelf onto the end of the card
reader.
— Slip the card reader bottom edge over
the two tabs located on the shelf.
— The rain shield will be at a slight angle
down from the card reader, similar to the
position shown in Figure 5-9.
