2. Remove the four M3 screws that attach the display to
the clamp plate.
Use a #1 type 1A cross-recess screwdriver.
Refer to Figure 4-4.
3. Remove the display from the terminal.
4. The display is surrounded by a clear ESD shield. If the
new display does not have this shield, transfer it from
the damaged VFD to the new VFD.
Refer to Figure 4-5.
5. To replace the display:
a) Insert the rubber grommets between the VFD PCP
and the top leaf of the ESD shield.
b) Place the assembly over the clamp plate and reat-
tach the screws in all four corners.
