– After replacing the engine.
– After replacing an engine ECU.
– After replacing the DPD pressure differential sensor.
– After replacing the DPD.
To calibrate the sensor, proceed as follows:
1 If the engine has been running, let it cool for a period
of three hours.
2 Turn the ignition ON, DO NOT start the engine.
3 Wait for a period of 30s.
The engine ECU starts the learning process. DO NOT
change the position of the ignition switch during this
time.
4 Turn the ignition OFF.
5 Wait for a period of 30s.
The calibration procedure is now complete.
