Check (Condition)
Inspect the alternator installation as follows:
– Check the security of the alternator to engine fixing.
– Check that the electrical connections at the alternator
are clean and secure.
– Repair or replace related electrical cables, wiring and
connectors if they are defective.
– Check the alternator drive pulley security.
– Start the engine
instrumentation for electrical charging fault warnings.
Check the fault log for electrical charging related
faults. Refer to Section 2. If there are related
warnings or fault codes fault refer to the following
