Dismantling
Note: The part numbers quoted in the following
Dismantling and Assembly procedures relate to the
K Fig 5. ( T E-135)

1 Plug or tape over the hydraulic ports and thoroughly
clean and dry the motor housing 301/ valve housing
303 assembly.
2 Position and secure the motor on a suitable work
surface with its drive shaft 101 lowermost. Remove
plug 992 and drain the hydraulic fluid.
3 Match mark main housing 301 and valve housing 303
at level A as an aid.
4 Unscrew relief valve 51 from valve housing 303.

5 Remove securing socket head screws 171 and
remove reverse protection valve sub-assembly 52
from valve housing 303.
6 Remove plug 469 followed by spring 355 and plunger
351.

7 Remove socket head screws 401 and with the aid of
the pressure from brake spring 712 separate valve
housing 303 from main housing 301.
8 Remove valve plate 131 and O-ring 472 from the
valve housing. Discard the O-ring.
9 Remove brake springs 712 from main housing 301.
