WARNING
Hydraulic Pressure
Hydraulic fluid at system pressure can injure you.
Before connecting or removing any hydraulic hose,
residual hydraulic pressure trapped in the service
hose line must be vented. Make sure the hose service
line has been vented before connecting or removing
hoses. Make sure the engine cannot be started while
the hoses are open.

Make the machine safe, refer to Section 2 -
Operator's Manual.

Remove the screws 2 and remove the pedals 1.

Label each hydraulic hose before disconnecting, this
will ensure correct position when refitting.

Disconnect the hydraulic hoses 5 from the valve 6
and plug all orifices to prevent ingress of dirt.

Remove the protective caps 4.
6
Remove the bolts 3 and remove valve 6 from the cab.

Replacement is the opposite of the removal procedure.
During the replacement procedure do this work also:
– Start the engine and run it for five minutes without
load and then check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to
Section 2, Maintenance, Hydraulic System.
