Overview
When the ignition switch 1 is set to position I power from
the batteries connects to pins 5 and 6 of the switch
(harness connector C097 - X1). This connects power from
the batteries to the following devices and circuits via the
main fuse and relay PCB inside the cab:
Ignition Switch - Supply from Pin 5 (C097
X1)
Feed Circuits and Devices
Main PCB Ignition relay coil energises
fuses and (C033). The relay contacts close
relays connecting battery power to the
(C100) following:
Beacon switch (C115)
Heated and ventilated seat
functions (C107, C086)
Auxiliary power sockets (24V)
(C073, C152)
Wake up signal to MECU, HECU
and DECU (via splice (S033))
Switch illumination (via splice
(S039))
Camera systems (C068, C069)
Livelink system (C129)
Cushion switch (C128), wiper
switch (C116), arm limit switch
(C194), horn switch (LH joystick)
(C060)
Engine crank relay
Fuel lift pump
Ignition Switch - Supply from Pin 6 (C097
X1)
Feed Circuits and Devices
Main PCB Power supply to the engine stop
fuses and switch (C119).

When the engine stop switch is
set to engine run the engine shut
down relay energises.

When the engine stop switch is
set to engine stop, power
connects to an input on the
MECU. The MECU logs the
operation of the engine stop
switch.
