E1 - Sostituire olio idraulico e trasmissione
E2 - Sostituzione delle cartucce filtro di
aspirazione impianto idraulico
Mettere il carrello elevatore in piano, con il
motore termico spento e il braccio rientrato
e abbassato al massimo.
Prima di ogni intervento,
accuratamente intorno ai tappi di scarico
e alla succhieruola di aspirazione del
serbatoio idraulico.
Utilizzare un recipiente e un imbuto molto
pulito. Pulire inoltre la parte superiore del
bidone d'olio prima del riempimento.
Smaltire l'olio di scarico nel rispetto
dell'ambiente.
Scarico dell'olio
- Rimuovere il carter di protezione 1 (E1/E2).
- Mettere un recipiente sotto il tappo di
scarico 2 (E1/E2) e svitarlo.
- Togliere il tappo di riempimento 3 (E1/E2)
per facilitare lo scarico.
Sostituzione dello sfiatatoio
- Svitare lo sfiatatoio 4 (E1/E2) e sostituirlo
con uno nuovo (vedere:3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
Pulizia della succhieruola
- Scollegare il tubo 5 (E1/E2).
- Svitare la succhieruola di aspirazione 6 (E1/
E2), pulirla con un getto d'aria compressa,
controllare il suo stato e se necessario
sostituirla (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).

E2 - Replacing the hydraulic system
suction filter cartridges
Place the lift truck on level ground with the
engine stopped and telescope boom
retracted and lowered as far as possible.
Before any intervention, thoroughly clean
pulire
the area surrounding the drain plug and the
suction strainer on the hydraulic tank.
Use a clean container and funnel and clean
the underside of the oil drum before filling.
Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological
manner.
Draining the oil
- Remove the protective casing 1(E1/E2).
- Place a container under drain plug 2 (E1/
E2) and unscrew the plug.
- remove filling plug 3 to ensure that the oil
is drained properly.
Replacing the breather
- unscrew the breather 4 (E1/E2) and replace
it with a new one (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
FILTERS, CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
Cleaning the strainer
- Disconnect hose 5 (E1/E2).
- Remove and clean the suction strainer 6
(E1/E2) using a compressed air jet, check
its condition and replace if necessary (see:
3 - MAINTENANCE: FILTERS CARTRIDGES
AND BELTS).

E1 - Hydrauliköl und Antrieböl wechseln
E2 - Filtereinsätze Ansaugfilter
Hydraulikanlage ersetzen
Teleskoplader auf eine waagerechte Fläche fahren,
Antriebsmotor abstellen und Teleskopausleger
maximal einfahren und absenken.
Vor jedem Eingriff den Bereich um die
Auslassstopfen und den Ansaugstopfen am
Hydraulikbehälter gründlich reinigen.
Einen sehr sauberen Behälter und Trichter
benutzen. Außerdem den oberen Teil des
Ölbehälters vor dem Auffüllen reinigen.
Das Altöl unter Beachtung der Umwelt
entsorgen.
Öl ablassen
- Die Schutzabdeckung 1 (E1/E2) abbauen.
- Einen Auffangbehälter unter die
Ablassschraube 2 (E1/E2) stellen und
Schraube herausdrehen.
- Einfüllschraube 3 (E1/E2) entfernen, damit
das Öl korrekt ablaufen kann.
Austausch des Entlüftungsventils
- Entlüftungsventil 4 (E1/E2) herausdrehen
und gegen ein neues austauschen (vgl.:
3 - WARTUNG: FILTERELEMENTE UND
KEILRIEMEN).
Reinigung des Saugfilters
- Die Leitung 5 (E1/E2) trennen.
- Den Saugfilter 6 (E1/E2) abschrauben, mit
Druckluftpistole reinigen, Zustand prüfen
und gegebenenfalls austauschen (vgl.:
3 - WARTUNG: FILTERELEMENTE UND
KEILRIEMEN).
