Controllo del livello dell'olio con l'apposita
astina
Posizionare il veicolo/l'apparecchio in piano.
Azionare il freno di stazionamento.
Spegnere il motore.
Attendere circa 5 - 10 minuti.
Controllare il livello dell'olio nel motore con
l'apposita astina 2 (Fig.A1). L'olio deve trovarsi tra
la tacca inferiore e la tacca superiore dell'astina di
controllo del livello dell'olio 2 (Fig.A1).
Se necessario, rabboccare l'olio (vedi: 3 -
MANUTENZIONE: LUBRIFICANTI E CARBURANTE)
utilizzando il bocchettone di riempimento 4
(Fig.A1).
A2 - Controllare il livello del liquido di
raffreddamento
Sistema pressurizzato: il liquido
raffreddamento bollente può causare gravi
ustioni. Quando si deve aprire il tappo di
rifornimento, arrestare il motore e attendere che
i componenti del circuito di raffreddamento si
siano raffreddati.
Allentare il tappo a pressione lentamente per
scaricare la pressione.
Non aggiungere mai liquido di raffreddamento
freddo a motore caldo.
In caso di emergenza, è possibile utilizzare
l'acqua come liquido di raffreddamento, e
procedere poi, il più rapidamente possibile, al
cambio del liquido del circuito di raffreddamento
(vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: F1 - LIQUIDO DI
RAFFREDDAMENTO).
Quando si esegue qualsiasi manutenzione o
riparazione del sistema di raffreddamento del
motore, la procedura deve essere eseguita con
il motore a livello del suolo. Questo permette di
controllare accuratamente il livello del liquido
di raffreddamento. In questo modo è possibile
inoltre evitare il rischio di introdurre un blocco
d'aria nel sistema di raffreddamento.
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Controllare il corretto livello rispetto al centro
dell'indicatore "1" (fig. A2).
- Se necessario, aggiungere liquido di
raffreddamento (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
LUBRIFICANTI E CARBURANTE).
- Portare lentamente il tappo del radiatore "2"
(fig. A2) fino all'arresto di sicurezza.
- Lasciar fuoriuscire la pressione e il vapore.
- Premere il tappo e rimuoverlo mediante
rotazione.
- Aggiungere il liquido di raffreddamento
attraverso l'orifizio di riempimento "3" (fig. A2)
fino al centro dell'indicatore "1" (fig. A2).
- Ingrassare leggermente l'orifizio di riempimento
per facilitare la posa e la rimozione del tappo
del radiatore.
- Mediante un controllo visivo accertarsi che non
vi siano perdite sul radiatore e sulle tubazioni.

Checking the oil level with the dipstick
Park the vehicle/device on a level surface.
Engage the parking brake.
Switch off the engine.
Wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Check the engine oil level with dipstick 2(Fig.
A1).
The oil level should be between the upper
and lower marks on dipstick 2(Fig.A1).
If necessary, use filler neck 4 (fig. A1) to top up
the oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS
AND FUEL).
A2 – Check the coolant level
System pressurised: the boiling coolant can
di
cause serious burns. Before opening the filler
cap, stop the engine and allow the cooling
circuit components to cool down.Slacken the
pressure cap slowly to discharge pressure.
Never add cold cooling liquid in a hot engine.
In an emergency, water can be used as coolant;
proceed as rapidly as possible, to change
the liquid in the coo-ling circuit (see: 3 –
MAINTENANCE: F1 – COOLANT).
When maintenance or repairs are carried out
on the engine cooling system, the operations
must be carried out with the engine resting
level on the ground. This makes it possible to
check the coolant level accurately. It is thus also
possible to avoid the risk of introducing an air
bubble in the cooling system.
- Open the engine hood.- Check the correct
level with respect to the centre of the
indicator "1" (Fig. A2).
- If necessary, add coolant (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL).
- Slowly turn the radiator cap "2" (Fig. A2) up to
the safety stop.
- Discharge the pressure and the vapour- Press
the cap and rotate to remove it.
- Add coolant through the filler hole "3" (Fig.
A2) up to the centre level of indicator "1" (Fig.
A2).
- Grease the filler hole slightly to make it easier
to fit and remove the radiator cap.- Inspect
the radiator and pipes for leaks.

Das Fahrzeug/Gerät auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen.
Die Feststellbremse anziehen.
Den Motor abstellen.
Ca. 5 - 10 Minuten warten.
Den Ölstand im Motor mit dem Ölpeilstab 2
(Abb. A1) prüfen. Das Öl muss sich zwischen
der unteren und der oberen Markierung des
Ölpeilstabs 2 (Abb. A1) befinden.
Im Bedarfsfall Öl nachfüllen (vgl.: 3 - WARTUNG:
SCHMIERMITTEL UND KRAFTSTOFF) über die
Einfüllöffnung 4 (Fig.A1) nachfüllen.
A2 - Kühlflüssigkeitstand prüfen
Unter Druck stehendes System: die kochende
Kühlflüssigkeit kann schwere Verbrennungen
verursachen. Wenn man den Einfülldeckel öffnen
muss, den Motor abstellen und warten, bis die
Komponenten des Kühlkreislaufs abgekühlt sind.
Den Deckel langsam lockern, um den Druck
abzubauen.
Niemals kalte Kühlflüssigkeit bei warmem Motor
auffüllen.
Im Notfall kann auch Wasser als Kühlflüssigkeit
benutzt werden.Danach muss so rasch wie
möglich das Wasser im Kühlkreislauf durch
Kühlflüssigkeit ersetzt werden (vgl.: 3 -
WARTUNG: F1 - KÜHLFLÜSSIGKEIT).
Wenn irgend eine Wartungs-
Reparaturarbeit am Kühlsystem des Motors
ausgeführt wird, muss das Verfahren mit
Motor auf Bodenebene ausgeführt werden.
Dies erlaubt, den Kühlmittelstand präzise zu
kontrollieren. Außerdem kann man dadurch
vermeiden, dass Luft in das Kühlsystem gelangt.
- Die Motorhaube öffnen.
- Den korrekten Kühlmittelstand zur Mitte des
Anzeigers "1" (Abb. A2) kontrollieren.
- Gegebenenfalls Kühlflüssigkeit (vgl.:
3 - WARTUNG: SCHMIERMITTEL UND
KRAFTSTOFF).
- Den Verschlussstopfen des Kühlers "2" (Abb. A2)
langsam bis zum Sicherheitsanschlag bringen.
- Den Druck und den Dampf austreten lassen.
- Den Deckel drücken und abdrehen.
- Kühlmittel durch die Einfüllöffnung "3" (Abb.
A2) bis zur Mitte des Anzeigers "1" (Abb. A2)
auffüllen.
- Die Einfüllöffnung leicht einfetten, um das
Anbringen und Entfernen des Kühlerdeckels
zu vereinfachen.
- Kühler und Kühlflüssigkeitsleitungen mittels
Sichtprüfung auf Dichtheit prüfen.
