Operation
Value Entry
A green symbol in the 4th status field indicates the active table; otherwise, the
symbol is gray.
The fields "Open windows" and "Current language" are filled in by
the system.
File Storage and File Access
NC data tables store data in the file system of the NC kernel; the table editors
directly access the tables in the NC kernel. If correction values are modified
using the table editor, these modifications are immediately written to the cor‐
responding table in the NC kernel.
If correction values in the NC data tables are modified (e.g. using the CPL pro‐
gram), all table editors currently accessing the corresponding NC data table are
notified. This ensures that the table editors always show the current correction
values.
Values written into the active table are valid for the next access of
the NC block preparation!
Table Templates
A table template for each data type exists in the directory "/database/". These
table templates are used to generate additional NC data tables.
If no other NC data table has been activated using an NC program,
the table templates are active.
