The NC kernel diagnostic monitor and the system load display can be indicated
via the logo.
The NC kernel diagnostic monitor displays the load distribution of the individual
NC kernel task. Thus, it can be efficiently identified if there is a system overload
due to an incorrect user configuration or programming.
The diagnostic monitor is displayed when double-clicking on the logo.
The "Diagnostic monitor" function can either be linked via a shortcut or a func‐
tion key.
The load distribution of the following tasks is displayed in %:
Interpolation and SERCOS (IPO)
PLC runtime
NC and CPL block processing (SAV/CPL)
free capacity (IDLE)
Remaining time of all remaining tasks such as the communication, data‐
base accesses, file server (REST).

The NC kernel diagnostic monitor can negatively influence the run‐
time behavior of the operating machine. Thus, the diagnostic tool
should be switched off after the commissioning. A respective note
is cyclically output in the status line.
