To use the I-Remote functions on the IndraMotion MTX control, you need the
following user rights:
You have to be logged in as main user or administrator in Microsoft Win‐
dows™
The user currently logged in to IndraWorks has to have the "I-Remote"
user right.
A valid license has to be purchased for I-Remote. Afterwards, the
client software has to be installed. Only then, the software can be
used from the interface.
Under <OP8> "Maintenance", <F2 I-Remote>, a dialog to activate and deacti‐
vate the function is available in the MTX user interface.
For more detailed information on the I-Remote, refer to "Rexroth
IndraWorks I-Remote Remote Maintenance Software".

This function activates the I-Remote software, i.e. this machine tool control PC
can be accessed from a service PC with installed I-Remote control software.
This function deactivates the I-Remote software.
The machine tool control PC cannot be accessed via I-Remote.
The I-Remote status is displayed within the machine status area.
The "I-Remote active" status is displayed in the machine status area by the
symbol
.
The "I-Remote inactive" status is displayed in the machine status area by the
symbol
.
