The Variable Browser
Machine parameters:
For some machine parameters, the change becomes effective only
after "NC restart" or "System reset". A corresponding note is given
via a flashing symbol in the machine status area and a message in
the status line. A key to trigger the function is available under Ad‐
ditional functions.
PLC variables:
PLC variables are written once. Forcing PLC variables is possible
only in IndraWorks Engineering!
Incorrect entries are marked by the red color of the entry field as well as by a
message in the status line.
The entry of values can be cancelled with the <Esc> key.
The basic level contains the key functions for the creation and management of
the list.

The variable browser is for the selection of the corresponding variable or the
corresponding parameter for the display of the selected line of the list.
Category and subcategory need to be defined in the variable browser before
selecting the variable or parameter.
