Rexroth IndraMotion MTX 11VRS Standard NC Operation
Here, one or more file extensions can be specified for which syntax high‐
lighting is used. The following extensions have been entered already:
"npg", "cpl", "dat", "txt" and files without file extension. Others can be add‐
ed; these can also be removed again. By default, file extensions "npg" and
"cpl" are shown with syntax highlighting.
This function is available only if you have a license for GNP.
It retrieves the correction of a GNP instruction. This command opens its own
dialog which covers that of the NC Editor.
The text editor is retrieved for large programs (default >1 MB). The options for
the text editor can be set using the F-keys under "Tools/Options/Adjust". In
doing so, general text editor settings can be made or the editor can be activated
depending on the file size. The text editor's performance is better.
It does not have the following functions:
Graphic GNP NC programming
Syntax highlighting
No continuous automatic block numbering
Limited renumbering of NC programs
When NC programs are renumbered, jumps to block numbers are not de‐
tected. All NC blocks are renumbered.
Error handling
The error handling is restricted. The faulty parts of the program are marked
but not highlighted after opening the editor and when navigating to the
next/previous error. The change records of the document result in an up‐
date in the error list of the editor (no error deletion after modification of the
faulty line, no displacement of the error position after inserting/deleting
complete lines in front of a faulty line.
All other functions can be used.
The online help for the DIN programming instructions is retrieved using <F1>.
If the connection to the control system is interrupted, all NC Editors are closed.
If edited data has not been saved at this point in time, the files are saved on
the hard disk under the same name (including the path) in the directory "c:
\SaveXXXXXXXX". XXXXXXXX stands for the abbreviation of the current date
(year/month/day).
Example:
Save20050614 corresponds to the 14th of June 2005. After the connection has
been restored, the saved files can be copied to a mount directory of the control
system with the help of the Windows Explorer.
