Active Winlock

A multiple selection of files in the list is possible.
●
A mixed multiple selection of directories and files in the list is
also possible.
Insert
This function requires an element of the type "File" in the clipboard. Only in this
case, this function is active and can be executed by the user.
As soon as the function has been selected, the program determines the source
file from the clipboard and copies the latter into the currently selected target
directory.
If a file with the same name of the file to be copied already exists in the target
directory, the file name is prefixed by the text "Copy of", in case of the source
directory and the target directory being identical. If both directories are different,
the user is asked whether the file is to be overwritten in the target directory.
Cut
Basic function like "Copy"!
In addition, the source file is deleted after it has been inserted in another di‐
rectory via the function "Insert (File)"!
Winlock is a software component that is started by the user interface preventing
unauthorized users from switching between programs (<Alt>+<Tab>) and from
accessing the Windows operating system (desktop, Start menu, taskbar).
Authorized users have to have the user right "Access to operating system func‐
tions".
Winlock is activated automatically by activating the user manage‐
ment.
If Winlock is active, the following operations are locked:

Switching between programs using <Alt>+<Tab>
●
Displaying the Windows Start menu with <Ctrl>+<Esc> or with the Win‐
dows keys
●
Moving the user interface to the background using <Alt>+<Tab>
●
Closing the user interface
●
Minimizing and restoring the user interface
●
Operating the Windows taskbar and Windows Desktop
In addition, the following buttons are deactivated in the Windows Security dia‐
log , which is displayed by pressing the key combination <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del>:

Lock computer
●
Log off
●
Shut down
●
Change password
●
Task Manager
Every time the IndraWorks users log in or log out, the required authorization is
checked again and the functions mentioned above are disabled or enabled.
An icon in the header shows if Winlock is active (see header).
