Overview on the circle test
Precondition: The machine has to be in Automatic mode!
1.
Select axes.
2.
Determine rotational direction, feed, circle center and diameter.
3.
Start circle test with <F2>.
The necessary NC program is generated and loaded automatically.
4.
After the circle test has been started, the NC program has to be started.
5.
The test is executed automatically. After the result has been displayed,
either the analysis can be executed or the test can be restarted.
For a better evaluation, it can be zoomed within the circle diagram. Therefore,
click on the left mouse button in the left upper corner and drag it to the lower
right while keeping the button pressed. To see the complete curve again, press
<F7 Header zoom> and then <F8 Zoom 1:1>
To show the deviation of the actual curve from the command curve, this devi‐
ation is displayed too high. To obtain an impression of the qualitative deviation,
so-called scaling rings drawn with an adjustable distance (scaling) are inserted.
If this scaling is modified, the curve is recalculated and then redrawn. The curve
is always displayed in such a manner that all measuring values are located
within the screen area. This results in a relatively large scaling in case of large
deviations.
The result can be documented via <F6 Print result>.
The following possibilities are available as F-key on the result page:

Load measurement
It loads a completed measurement with all settings related to
axis selection, feed and radius.

Save measurement
