Rexroth IndraMotion MTX 11VRS Standard NC Operation
Fig.6-19:
Processing one block of the NC blocks
All highlighted MDI blocks are processed "en block" after pressing
"Start" (analog to "Continuous block"). The modal states remain after the
blocks have been processed.
After all blocks have been processed, the NC is in the "inactive" state. The
cursor is located at the end of the highlighted block.
Subroutines in which any type of NC command is permitted, i.e. also CPL in‐
structions and calls of subroutines with parameters, can be called in the MDI
blocks.
Example to call a subroutine: "N01 P/usrfepUP1.npg".
The subroutines are processed in "Continuous block" mode. In order to follow
the block processing, <F3> can be pressed to activate the program display in
the same window (see
fig. 6-20 " NC block display" on page
There is a special feature for the status of the program display after a subroutine
has been processed. The last block of the subroutine remains active in the
display until a new block transferred to the NC is activated with "Start". That
means the newly transferred block is first marked in the MDI-Editor when the
"Start" button was pressed.
The following applies to modal subroutines:
Both activation and call via additional traveling movements can occur only with‐
in a subroutine. Otherwise, an error message regarding a missing link table is
issued.
