Deleting messages in the "Output"
window
Active Program after Abort
Messages of the NC-Analyzer
is displayed only with its error number. More information can be obtained in the
operating area "Diagnostics" of the standard user interface of the control.
The "Output" window displays all messages of the control with text and symbol:
Error
Warnings
Notes (PRN#(0,...), MSG , GMSG )
In case of errors and warnings, the color of the symbols shows whether the
message:
is pending: Background color of the symbol: Red
is deleted or has already been read: Background color of the symbol: blue
Activating the "Output" window. Delete all messages with <F4 Delete output>.
If an active program is terminated due to an error, the NC-Analyzer can be used
to perform a static inventory of the variables used for all active programs. With
the stack, local variable states in subroutines can be checked as they were valid
at the time of the subroutine call.
To perform this inventory, the interrupted program still needs to be selected in
the NC.
Breakpoints cannot be set in this state because the Analyzer mode is not active
in the NC-Analyzer. If you try to switch to Analyzer mode, an error message is
displayed:
Starting the NC-Analyzer
Starting the NC Analyzer
Selecting the channel with the incorrect program
The location at which the NC program was stopped due to an error
is shown in the "Program" window of the NC-Analyzer.
The call structure (in case of a possible subroutine nesting in the NC
program) is shown in the "Stack" window
Subroutines can be selected in the "Stack" window and displayed via
<F5 Go to start> in the "Program" window to analyze their program
variables
The error can often be found only with this information.
At least, the incorrect program section is known which can be analyzed in
the Analyzer mode.
Testing the program
Before further machining, the program should once again be tested on error
absence in the program. The NC-Analyzer can be a very helpful tool here as
well, since the values of the variables used can be called at any time during the
program execution.
System and user messages of the NC-Analyzer are shown in popup windows
with error text classification.
