Rexroth IndraMotion MTX 11VRS Standard NC Operation
To collect all this information, the "CycActive.cyc" file is used. It is located in the
path
"<PathOfTheCurrentProject>\<ProjectName>\<BTV-/Vxx>\user\config"
.
Paste Cycle
This function is used to paste cycles into the NC program. In order to do this,
the "CycActive.cyc" file must be located in path
"<PathOfTheCurrentProject>\<ProjectName>\<BTV-/Vxx>\user\config".
After the cycle has been selected and the parameters have been preset, the
cycle retrieval can be pasted at the current line position of the cursor in the NC
program editor. The contents of the current line and the cursor are then located
behind the pasted block sequence. To correct a cycle retrieval, position the
cursor on the line and retrieve the function "Paste cycle". The current data of
the retrieval are displayed. They can be changed accordingly.
Correct Cycle
To correct a cycle retrieval, position the cursor on the line and retrieve the
function "Paste cycle". The current data of the retrieval are displayed. They can
be changed accordingly.
Boring Cycle Programming via Cycle Paste Dialog
If the software license "technology package milling stage 1" (or a later license)
exists, the cycle paste dialog can be used for boring cycles and boring geome‐
tries as well. Please note the following when making geometry entries:
For the first parameter, enter the level and the axis designations. These
entries are self-sustaining as long as the Editor remains open or they are
overwritten.
Each ID may be assigned only once.
If a further geometry definition is to be added to an ID, enter a space at
the desired position and define a new geometry without an ID.
Do not enter an ID when correcting a geometry.
Editing the Cycle Header File (CycActive.cyc)
In the directory "current Project\Name of the project\BTVXX\user\config", the
file named "CycActive.cyc" is copied or created. A new header can be added
or an existing one can be edited or deleted. The header should be deleted in
the case of cycles that no longer exist.
Always edit complete cycle headers, i.e. at least the bracketing
words %CHBEGIN% and %CHEND%, the name, the cycle retrieval
and the parameters have to be entered.
A header for a cycle is limited by the bracketing words %CHBEGIN% and
%CHEND%.
The following keywords may be used within the cycle header:
%GF% graphic which has been stored for a cycle.
This is shown in the NC Editor when cycles are inserted.
%N% NC block
The line is transferred directly to the NC program.
%V% Parameter.
