Rexroth IndraMotion MTX 11VRS Standard NC Operation
After program abort, the "Return to contour" function can be initiated after mak‐
ing the machine ready for start. If no re-entry point has been programmed or if
it has been deleted by "RCB(0)", a corresponding message is issued. If another
NC program has been selected in the meantime, this function can also not be
started.
If a re-entry point has been programmed, but the NC program has been edited,
the "Re-entry" function can be called. Only when starting the NC program re‐
start function an error message is issued and the function is aborted.
Calling the function "Return to contour" without selected NC program is not
possible.
After the computation has been completed, the NC-internally calculated states
(positions, speed, G-codes etc.) do not correspond to the ones at the machine
in a real situation.
The operator has to manually change or use an adjustment program to change
the real situation in such a way that it correspond to the calculated state.
The following data must be adjusted:
Axes
Spindles
Auxiliary Functions
NC functions
Tools
The adjustment state is visualized via the adjustment screens.
The screen is displayed in the operation mode "Block pre-run" after the com‐
putation has been completed.
The following adjustment screen is displayed until the adjustment program
starts. The information on the total adjustment is still shown as disabled.
