Speed setpoint filter

You can activate two speed setpoint filters using parameter p1414[0...n]. The speed setpoint
filters are identical in structure and can be set via parameters p1415[0...n] (filter 1) and
p1421[0...n] (filter 2) as follows:
● Bandstop
● Low-pass 1st order (PT1)
● Low-pass 2nd order (PT2)
