Attaching/Removing the Battery Pack

This section explains how to attach/remove the battery pack or the styleplus (rear).
● Refer to "Styleplus" (P.42) for how to attach/remove the styleplus (front).
● Make sure to attach/remove the styleplus (rear) by hand with the FOMA terminal folded.
● Make sure to turn the FOMA terminal off before removing the battery pack.
● Attaching
Remove the styleplus (rear)

Press the catch on the styleplus (rear) in direction ① and slide the styleplus (rear) in direction ② to remove the styleplus
(rear).
Attach the battery pack

With the product name on the battery pack facing upwards, attach the battery pack in direction ③ . Make sure that the fin-
ger tab on the battery pack align in the groove in the FOMA terminal (Phone), then press the battery down in direction ④ .
Re-attach the styleplus (rear)

Lift the styleplus (rear) about 3 mm and align it to the groove in the FOMA terminal (Phone). Press the catch on the
styleplus (rear) in direction ⑤ and slide the styleplus (rear) in direction ⑥ . Then press the styleplus (rear) until the catch
clicks shut.
* If you put the 3 tabs without spacing about 3 mm, the 4 tabs on the rear side do not match to the groove.
Note that using excessive force in this state may damage the styleplus.
● Removing
Remove the styleplus (rear)

Remove the battery pack

Press the tab on the side of the battery pack in direction ① ,
then lift upwards in direction ② to remove the battery pack.

Note that using excessive force to attach the battery pack could damage the charging terminals of the FOMA terminal.
Do not use excessive force when the tip of the styleplus (rear) is inserted into the FOMA terminal. The tip of the styleplus (rear) may be
broken.

Make sure the styleplus (rear) and the FOMA
terminal (Phone) are tightly attached.
